Hi Ashley, they are the same thing. When we tried the recipe for the first time, it reminded us of traditional crepes, but since it is a Russian recipe, we decided to called them Russian crepes. Russian crepes or blini are usually filled with ground beef or smoked salmon and sour cream.

Hi. What is the difference between a Russian crepe and a blini? Are they the same? Are they filled with anything?
